Each year I have an open studio as part of the Huon Valley arts trail this is in October. If you would like more information or visit at another time please get in touch.

Shopping Policy


I will endeavour to respond to any queries within 24 hours of receiving an email.But please understand I am just one person and admin is not my skill set.

As primarily an artist who works with clay, each piece of my work is a unique artwork.   It is a fully handmade unique item, it will not be perfect, but I do my best and it is made with love.

If you would like me to make something for you contact me with your thoughts but please be aware that ceramic’s is a slow process: making, drying, painting, firing, painting, glazing and firing again all takes time, it can't be rushed so I will need a long lead time to make your order at least a month if all goes well.

I tend to work on one particular type of work at a time,so I may only be making that particular type of work a couple of times a year.

CARE AND HANDLING

All tableware is finished in food safe glazes.
I put all mine through a dishwasher, but I only use a short cycle - so maybe top shelf or wash by hand if you prefer.

Gold lustre on a piece means it needs to be handwashed. 

If the item is for a gift the prices can be removed from tags with rubber.
Each piece of tableware also has small painting on the inside which is not shown in the photos,so a little reminder  when you finish. 

SHIPPING


Because I am multitasking, I will do my best to fill and ship your order the next day apart from weekends and if I am away or cannot do so within a couple of days I will email you.
I will send you an email when I send it.

All sales are final but if you are not happy or have any issues please email me within 14 days with a reason for  requesting a refund or exchange.

If I have made a mistake in your order or your package is damaged and product broken please include a photo in the box with the email. We will split the return shipping costs and I will send another or make a refund.

Shipping fees are charged at a standard Australia post rate schedule according to weight.
If you buy a second item the shipping for that item is half though the shipping will be calculated for the heavier item.

Please contact me personally via email if overseas shipping is required.

PRIVACY

Privacy is important to me as it is to you and I will never share your data.
The shop has SSL which adds a layer of security when you enter your details at checkout and payments are processed by PayPal which meets the payment card industry data security standard.

I don’t charge GST because I don’t have a large turnover.
